Instant Pot Creamy Beef and Shells

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Tony Chachere's Seasoning or seasoning of choice
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
  • 1 Tub Knorr Beef Stock Tub
  • 1 Pouch Frontera Taco Skillet Sauce
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 8 oz. Medium Pasta Shells
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Mexican Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • First, put your Instant Pot on Saute (high) and add your ground beef or ground turkey.
  • Brown your ground beef or ground turkey with your tablespoon of Tony Chachere’s or
    seasoning of choice.
  • Next, add your Knorr Beef Stock Tub, Frontera Taco Sauce, pasta shells, and water.  Stir all together well.  (You can substitute the Knorr Beef Stock Tub and water for liquid beef broth.  You can
    also substitute the Frontera Taco Sauce for any Taco Seasoning packet.  We just prefer Knorr and Frontera brands.)
  • Close the lid and turn the steam release valve to “Sealing” position.
  • Next, press pressure cook button.  Then press pressure level button until high is selected.    Set timer for 5 minutes.  **Please note- If your Instant Pot is still on sauté mode you will need to press “Cancel” then “Pressure Cook”.
  • After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “Venting” for a quick release of steam.  **Warning – The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
  • Stir in your heavy cream and shredded cheese.  It will only take a minute to melt the cheese
    and make a creamy mixture. 
  • Dinner is ready to be served!
