Instant Pot BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Frozen Meatballs
  • 28 oz. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
  • 20 oz. Welch's Grape Jelly
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • First, put your steamer rack in the Instant Pot.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Next, place all frozen meatballs into the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and turn the steam release valve to “sealing” position.
  • Press the “Pressure Cook” button.  Next, press “Pressure Level” button until you have selected “High Pressure”.
  • Turn the timer on for 5 minutes.  Once pressure builds up, the timer will start counting down.  
  • After the timer has completed wait about one minute for the sauce to settle then turn the steam release valve to “Venting” for a quick release of steam.  **Warning – steam that is
    releasing is very hot and can burn you.
  • Next, after steam has released open your Instant Pot and take the steamer rack out.
  •  Stir in your grape jelly and bbq sauce.  You may need to put your InstantPot on Saute for a few minutes until it is all mixed together well.
  • That’s it!!!  You can serve and enjoy!
