First, place your potatoes, sausage, then corn into your Instant Pot in that order.
Next, add your 6 cups of water and 2 tbsp. of liquid crab boil. Then close the lid and turn the steam release valve to “sealing” position.
Next, press the pressure cook button. Then press pressure level button until high is selected.
Set the timer for 4 minutes. It will take a while for your Instant Pot to come to pressure with this amount of food in it then it will start counting down.
After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “venting” for a quick release of steam. **Warning – The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
Once all the steam has been released open you Instant Pot and take the corn out.
Then place your thawed shrimp in your Instant Pot and close the lid.
Next, press the pressure cook button again. Then press pressure level button until high is selected. Set the timer for 1 minute.
Finally, once the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “venting” for a quick release of steam. **Warning – The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
Take everything out of your Instant Pot (excluding the water) and drizzle it with melted butter and Tony Chachere’s seasoning.
Mix you dip/sauce and enjoy!
