First, place your raw, peeled Shrimp into your Instant Pot. Mix
with Frontera Liquid Taco Seasoning pack. **Please note- if you prefer using a different
fajita seasoning that is dry you will need to add ½ cup of water also.If you like your food seasoned well you can add 1 tbsp of Tony Chachere's in this step.... but totally optional. Next, place your sliced bell peppers and onion on top of your shrimp. **Please note- You will want to slice your bell peppers into wider sections than you
would for regular fajitas in order to keep them from falling apart in the Instant Pot.
Then close your Instant Pot lid and turn the steam release valve to the “Sealing” position.
Pressure cook on high for 2 minutes.
After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “Venting” for a quick release of steam. **Warning – The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
Serve with your warm tortillas and any additional toppings you prefer. We like shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream!
