First, brown your beef flank steak in Season All Seasoning or Fajita Seasoning.
Once your beef/steak is browned add in 1 Tbsp of butter and your sliced onions. Allow your onions to caramelize on the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Next, after steak and onions are browned add 1 cup of beef broth.
Close lid and turn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position. Pressure cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. We like our beef to be fall apart tender.
After the timer has completed allow your Instant Pot to natural release pressure for10 minutes. Then quick release any remaining pressure. **Warning –The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
Then open the lid and add in your sliced bell peppers. Put the lid back on and turn on saute for a few minutes to cook down your bell peppers.
Your meal is ready to serve after this!
