Instant Pot Broccoli Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • Instant Pot | Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Cubed Raw Chicken Breast
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Rotini Noodles
  • 2 10 & 1/2 oz Can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 10 oz. Bag Frozen Broccoli
  • Seasoning of choice

Instructions
 

  • First, cut your chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
  • Place your chicken breast, a little seasoning of choice, 2 cups of water, and noodles into the Instant Pot.
  • Next, add your two cans of cream of chicken on top of all of your ingredients in the Instant Pot. DO NOT STIR.
  • Add your frozen broccoli on top and DO NOT STIR. (Note- you can cook your broccoli two different ways. You can pressure cook it in your pressure cooker with the ingredients for well-done broccoli or you can cook a steamable bag of broccoli in the microwave and add it to your cooked chicken and pasta after pressure cooking.)
  • Then close the lid and turn the steam release valve to “sealing” position.
  • Next, press the pressure cook button.  Then press pressure level button until high pressure is selected.   Set the timer for 5 minutes.Next, press the pressure cook button. Then press pressure level button until high pressure is selected. Set the timer for 5 minutes.
  • After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “venting” for a quick release of steam. **Warning – The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
  • Serve and enjoy!
