Instant Pot Broccoli Chicken Pasta Recipe

We love this Instant Pot Broccoli Chicken Pasta Recipe!  We used to cook this meal on the stove before we purchased our Instant Pot.  It is one of our favorites.  So, I figured I should figure out a way to cook it twice as easy and fast in the Instant Pot to help me save time!  I hope your family enjoys it as much as we do.

We like to get our chicken breasts pre-seasoned from our grocery store then we add a bit of Tony Chachere’s to them for a little added flavor!

We use the 8 qt. Instant Pot to prepare all our meals.

We also use a digital cooking thermometer like this.  If you have any questions about what temperature something should be cooked at or reheated at you can check out FoodSafety.gov.  That’s what we use.

If your chicken is frozen, from personal experience I’d thaw it out for this recipe. Simply just thaw on defrost setting in your microwave. If you were to use frozen for this recipe then you’d have to cook longer and the noodles would be way over done. I think thawed chicken is best for this recipe 😊
