These Instant Pot Shrimp Tacos are our home-made version of easy shrimp tacos that we can make quickly and much healthier. We have two Instant Pots. One 8 qt. Instant Pot Duo and one 8qt. Instant Pot Duo Crisp. We love the air fryer lid that comes with the Instant Pot Duo Crisp. That is what we use to make some of our Instant Pot Shrimp recipes. Alternatively, if you do not have an Instant Pot Duo Crisp you can use a Mealthy Lid or Air Fryer Lid on your Instant Pot for this recipe also. We use spray Avocado Oil to give the cooked shrimp a nice crispy texture!…

    Instant Pot French Fries

These Instant Pot French Fries were delicious! Let me just start by saying that the Instant Pot Duo Crisp just brought home-cooked French fries to a whole new level…. We used to love home-cooked French fries when you just slice some potatoes and cook them in a pot of grease on the stove. They were so delicious but not the healthiest. We used our Instant Pot Duo Crisp + a handy dandy French Fry Cutter to make home-cooked French fries that are just as good as when they are fried but also so much healthier and easier to prepare. We don’t like the potato peelings on our French fries so…

    Instant Pot Steak Fajitas

These Instant Pot Steak Fajitas were absolutely so easy to make and delicious! Thanks to the pressure cooker the meat absorbs so much flavor and is just fall apart tender. This combination makes for the best steak (beef) fajitas ever! We served them with a box of this Zatarains Yellow Rice. I originally was going to use skirt steak but could not find any at my local grocery store. They had flank steak instead and it was already pre-cut perfectly for fajitas. I had never used flank steak for fajitas before but it turned out perfectly. I think I might try using flank steak in other Instant Pot Recipes also.…

7 Dump and Go Instant Pot Dinners

Here are 7 Dump and Go Instant Pot Dinners. A couple of the recipes might require one extra step of browning or marinating the meat before pressure cooking. I still consider these easy dump and go dinners since it is just one extra minimal step and then you can just walk away while the Instant Pot does the rest of the cooking on its own! Also, we like to get most of our meat already marinated by our local grocery store, so it makes dinner time prep work a little quicker.   This post may contain affiliate links.  Please read my affiliate disclaimer here.   Save these 7 Dump and Go Instant Pot…
