Instant Pot Salisbury Steak and Gravy

  • Instant Pot | Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb. Hamburger Patties
  • 1 Package Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
  • 2 Cups Beef Stock
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Seasoning of Your Choice We use Tony Chachere's

Instructions
 

  • First slice your onion into large rings then layer them on the bottom of your Instant Pot.
  • Next, place your hamburger patties on top of the onions.  Now remember our hamburger
    patties are already pre-seasoned.  I do add a little Tony Chachere’s seasoning on top just for some extra flavoring!
  • Then, mix your 2 cups of beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and your packet of brown gravy all together then pour it into your Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and turn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position.
  • Next, press the pressure cook button.  Then press pressure level button until high pressure is selected.   Set the timer for 15 minutes.
  • After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “venting” for a quick release of steam.   **Warning– The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.  Keep a close eye on it.  You may need to close the valve every so often and wait a minute or two if some liquid starts to spray out.
  • Finally, serve and enjoy!
