First slice your onion into large rings then layer them on the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Next, place your hamburger patties on top of the onions. Now remember our hamburger
patties are already pre-seasoned. I do add a little Tony Chachere’s seasoning on top just for some extra flavoring!
Then, mix your 2 cups of beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and your packet of brown gravy all together then pour it into your Instant Pot.
Close the lid and turn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position.
Next, press the pressure cook button. Then press pressure level button until high pressure is selected. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “venting” for a quick release of steam. **Warning– The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you. Keep a close eye on it. You may need to close the valve every so often and wait a minute or two if some liquid starts to spray out.
Finally, serve and enjoy!
