No Drain Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Nature Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • First, peel and slice your potatoes into 1” sections.
  • Next place them in the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  • Then close the lid and turn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position.
  • Next, press the “Pressure Cook” button.  Then, press the “Pressure Level” button until you have selected “High Pressure”.
  • Turn the timer on for 6 minutes. Once the pressure builds up, the timer will start counting down.
  •  After the timer has completed turn the steam release valve to “Venting” for a quick release of
    steam. **Warning – The steam is very hot, use a towel to turn the release valve so it does not burn you.
  • Now add your butter, milk, and nature seasoning.  Mix it all together right in your pot.
  • Finally, serve and enjoy!
