Instant Pot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

  • Pressure Cooker - Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 Packet Dry Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
  • 1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning or seasoning of your choice
  • Couple Small Red Potatoes
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

Instructions
 

  • First, pour 1 cup of chicken broth into your Instant Pot with your pork chops.
  • Next add your Cajun Seasoning (or seasoning of your choice) to the tops of your pork chops.
  • Then sprinkle your packet of Ranch dressing mix evenly on top of your pork chops.
  • Next, Place your potatoes on top.
  • Close the lid andturn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position.
  • Next, press the pressure cook button. Then press the pressure level button until high pressure is selected. Set timer for 30 minutes if you have 2 lbs of pork chops. We use the Instant Pot cook guide that states 15 minutes per lb. of pork.
  • After the timer has completed allow your Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure. This should take about 20 minutes.
  • Take you pork chops and potatoes out of your Instant Pot and place them under some foil to keep warm.
  • Turn your Instant Pot on “Saute” mode. Add your 1 can of cream of chicken soup and stir with the liquid that is in your pot to make a creamy gravy. If the gravy is not thick enough you can also add a corn starch slurry while stirring on “Saute”mode.
  • Finally, serve your Instant Pot ranch pork chops and potatoes topped with your delicious gravy!
