First, pour 1 cup of chicken broth into your Instant Pot with your pork chops.
Next add your Cajun Seasoning (or seasoning of your choice) to the tops of your pork chops.
Then sprinkle your packet of Ranch dressing mix evenly on top of your pork chops.
Next, Place your potatoes on top.
Close the lid andturn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position.
Next, press the pressure cook button. Then press the pressure level button until high pressure is selected. Set timer for 30 minutes if you have 2 lbs of pork chops. We use the Instant Pot cook guide that states 15 minutes per lb. of pork. After the timer has completed allow your Instant Pot to naturally release the pressure. This should take about 20 minutes.
Take you pork chops and potatoes out of your Instant Pot and place them under some foil to keep warm.
Turn your Instant Pot on “Saute” mode. Add your 1 can of cream of chicken soup and stir with the liquid that is in your pot to make a creamy gravy. If the gravy is not thick enough you can also add a corn starch slurry while stirring on “Saute”mode. Finally, serve your Instant Pot ranch pork chops and potatoes topped with your delicious gravy!
