First, pull the membrane layer off of the back of the ribs using a napkin and a butter knife.
Next, sprinkle your seasoning of choice and rub into both sides of the ribs.
Place your steamer rack inside of the Instant Pot.
Next, place your ribs on top of the steamer rack.
Close the lid and turn the steam release valve to “sealing” position.
Press the “Pressure Cook” button. Next, press “Pressure Level” button until you have selected “High Pressure”.
Turn the timer on for 25 minutes. Once pressure builds up, the timer will start counting down.
After the timer has completed allow your Instant Pot to naturally release all of the steam before opening your Instant Pot.
Now you can eat your ribs just as they are. Or, you can add some bbq sauce and stick them in the oven under the broiler for a few minutes if you want to make them crispy!
