Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 Racks Baby Back Ribs
  • Tony Chachere's Seasoning
  • Morton Natures Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Cup Water

Instructions
 

  • First, pull the membrane layer off of the back of the ribs using a napkin and a butter knife.
  • Next, sprinkle your seasoning of choice and rub into both sides of the ribs.
  • Place your steamer rack inside of the Instant Pot.
  • Next, place your ribs on top of the steamer rack.
  • Close the lid and turn the steam release valve to “sealing” position.
  • Press the “Pressure Cook” button.  Next, press “Pressure Level” button until you have selected “High Pressure”.
  • Turn the timer on for 25 minutes.  Once pressure builds up, the timer will start counting down.
  • After the timer has completed allow your Instant Pot to naturally release all of the steam before opening your Instant Pot.
  • Now you can eat your ribs just as they are.  Or, you can add some bbq sauce and stick them in the oven under the broiler for a few minutes if you want to make them crispy!
