First, peel your potatoes and cut them into strips. We use a french fry/vegetable dicer for this.
Next, spray the inside of your basket with some avocado oil. Then place your french fries in your air fryer basket inside of your Instant Pot. Then, spray your French fries with avocado oil spray.
Place your air fryer lid on top of your Instant Pot.
Set the Instant Pot to 390 degrees for 20 minutes. When your Instant Pot displays "turn food" give your Instant Pot air fryer basket a shake and continue with the cooking time.
Sprinkle your seasoning of choice on your fries and serve!
