Instant Pot 4 Ingredient Pork Chops and Gravy

  • Pressure Cooker - Instant Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 - 2 lbs. Thin Sliced Pork Chops
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Packet - Envelope Brown Gravy Mix
  • 1 10.5 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Instructions
 

  • First, mix your chicken broth with your brown gravy mix.
  • Next, pour the gravy mixture into your Instant Pot.
  • Then place your thin sliced pork chops into your Instant Pot.
  • Next, spoon your cream of mushroom soup on top and DO NOT STIR!
  • Close the lid and turn the steam release valve to the “sealing” position.
  • Next, press the pressure cook button.  Then press the pressure level button until high pressure is selected.   We used the Instant Pot guide cook time which states 15 minutes per pound of pork chops.
  • After the timer has completed let your Instant Pot naturally release all the pressure.  It should take10-20 minutes.
  • Once all the pressure has released you can open the lid and give it astir.  Now you can serve this over rice or mashed potatoes for a quick and easy meal!
