We use the 8 Qt. Instant Pot for all of our meals.  You can use it as a pressure cooker or a slow cooker.

Instant Pot Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

This one is my favorite!  We have taken a gumbo recipe that normally takes hours to cook and modified it for the Instant Pot to cook in less than half of the time.  Also, check out this hack to make potato salad in only 10 minutes to go with your Gumbo!

Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast

This is the most flavorful roast you will ever eat in your life!  The combination of the Au Jus Gravy, Ranch, and Peperoncini Peppers make the roast taste like it is has been cooking all day when it is one of the quickest dump and go Instant Pot Meals ever.

Instant Pot Cajun Meatball Stew

This is another recipe that is so quick and easy to make.  It is similar to the flavor of gumbo since you use roux for your gravy.  Also, read the Instant Pot Cajun Meatball Stew article to find out how you can save time by using your grocery stores pre-formed and seasoned hamburger patties.

Instant Pot Chicken and Dumplings

Instant Pot Chicken and Dumplings is such a delicious and warm comfort food.  Using Bisquick to make your dumplings rather than canned biscuits makes all the difference.  You can also have this meal on the table in under 30 minutes!

Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup

This is the most delicious chicken noodle soup I have eaten!  We like to freeze individual containers of this to use whenever someone gets sick.

Instant Pot Taco Soup

This is such an easy one-pot meal.  We use the Fiesta Soup Trio packets we get from the school fundraisers each year.  You can also find Fiesta Soup Trio at Amazon.  It comes with Taco Soup, Enchilada Soup, and Tortilla Soup packets.

Slow Cooker Pork | Cook Once Eat Twice

This is a slow cooker meal that is cooked in the Instant Pot.  If you are not familiar with the Instant Pot it has settings to pressure cook or slow cook.  Read the Slow Cooker Pork Recipe to find out how you can cook it once but make it into two completely different dinners!
