We use the 8 qt. Instant Pot to prepare all our meals.

We also use a digital cooking thermometer like this.  If you have any question about what temperature something should be cooked at or reheated at you can check out FoodSafety.gov.  That’s what we use.

What to serve with Mississippi Chicken?

I love either mashed potatoes and gravy or, rice and gravy!  With our first pot of Instant Pot Mississippi Chicken we ate it over mashed potatoes.  I love mashed potatoes and gravy with extra gravy!!!  After eating it this way I will probably only eat this kind of mashed potatoes and gravy from now on.

Besides for either rice or mashed potatoes below is a list of a few other suggestions that would go great with this meal.

You can even use up your leftovers and make a warm sandwich with some melted provolone cheese!!  That would be delicious!
