We stick to quick and easy recipes because we purchased ours to help us cook dinner quickly and cheaper than eating take out. We started out with beef and chicken recipes first but now we have also tried pork and shrimp. They have all come out very well in my opinion. We use the 8qt. Instant Pot for all of our Instant Pot meals.
