Dump and Start Instant Pot Beef Tips and Gravy Recipe

Dump and Start Instant Pot Beef Tips and Gravy is so easy to make and so delicious!  We made this recipe with sliced potatoes and served it over rice.  It was amazing!!!  I plan on making another Instant Pot Beef Tips in a Mushroom Gravy without potatoes that you can serve over noodles too.

If you like serving your beef tips and gravy over mashed potatoes, then you will probably like this meal.  The sliced potatoes absorb so much flavor when pressure cooking it all together in one pot.  After it is done your potatoes are still mostly intact but very soft.  The more you stir the more your potatoes will fall apart and resemble mashed potatoes in a gravy.

Also the black eye peas and ham you see in the picture below with the Instant Pot Beef Tips and Gravy is actually Dump and Start Instant Pot Black Eyed Peas and Ham.  We cooked one pot of this previously in our Instant Pot and froze individual servings for later!  You can see that recipe here ->Dump & Start Instant Pot Black Eyed Peas and Ham

Thank you for the recipe! This was so delicious!! I made it for Christmas Eve dinner fit my family tonight. Everyone loved it! I decided to leave out the potatoes and just made mashed potatoes and served them on the side. Will definitely make this again!
