Easy Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

Easy Instant Pot Corn on the Cob is so simple to make plus the corn has a great flavor.  We purchased 12 ears of corn still in the husk for this recipe.

Before pressure cooking, we took the husk off and trimmed the very top of the ears of corn if needed.

Two whole ears of corn on a cutting board. One with the tip cut off.

We have an 8 qt. Instant Pot so I didn’t have any issue getting them to all fit.  If you have a smaller Instant Pot you could cut them in half also.

We also used our trivet that came with our Instant Pot to steam them.  Once the trivet is placed in the Instant Pot I placed my corn standing up on top.
